Energy efficiency is a fundamental aspect of our mission to reduce environmental impact. By measuring the ratio between useful energy and energy consumed, we can optimize resource usage and significantly contribute to the reduction of emissions, thereby achieving our sustainability objectives. Our company is committed to complying with European ecodesign directives, operating with complete transparency and openly communicating with our customers the normative sources that guide our solutions. In this context, we strictly adhere to the Regulation (EU) 2024/1103 of the Commission of 18 April 2024 for domestic heating devices. In particular, the seasonal energy efficiency (ηs) of our products is calculated using the following formula, directly derived from the regulation:
where:
– F(2) = 0.15 for devices that offer the possibility of weekly programming;
– F(3) is an incremental value, calculated cumulatively based on the presence of the following functionalities:
Note
Each feature contributes independently to the total score. The final score is the sum of all the values from the features present in the device, without any specific order or combination requirements:
+0.02 if the device has an open window detection feature. +0.02 if the device includes the ASC function.
+0.02 if the device is equipped with a 2-hour Timer function.
+0.02 if the device has a remote control functionality (WiFi).
+0.02 if the device ensures a temperature accuracy within 2 Kelvin between the indicated and actual temperature.
Each existing feature in the device adds its value to the total, regardless of the presence of others. If the device includes all these features, the maximum score will be +0.1.
Thanks to this methodology, our products can achieve a maximum energy efficiency of 52.63%, a result significantly superior to the average for similar devices on the market.
This high standard of performance not only attests to the technical excellence of our solutions but also confirms our ongoing commitment to complying with ecodesign standards and promoting an increasingly green and sustainable energy future.
With our dedication to quality, innovation, and transparency, we continue to be a benchmark in the industry, offering efficient heating solutions in line with the latest European regulations.
